Worked out again every time it sends. Each email compares with the period before it.
Only admins and staff with billing access can get report emails. Reports with everyone's teacher pay (Weekly overview, Sales, Teachers) also need “View payroll reports”. The studio email gets every report, pay included, so tick it only if that inbox is private.
Checking…
When a message has been waiting for you a while, you get one email saying who wrote, never what they wrote. At most one every 3 hours, and only if it's still unread.
In your own time zone. Nothing is sent during these hours; anything waiting goes out when they end.
Card details go directly to Stripe — they never pass through or get stored on our servers.
Entries from the last 14 days can be changed or deleted.
Up to 500 MB: about 1½ minutes of 4K phone video, or 5 minutes of 1080p. Keep this page open until the upload finishes.
Subscribe once and every lesson on this account shows up in your phone's calendar — reschedules and cancellations update automatically.
Nothing happened, or you use Outlook? Copy the link above and add it by hand — Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web · Google: Other calendars → + → From URL. Google updates every few hours; iPhone and Outlook about hourly. Keep this link private.
Changes to family members save as soon as you make them. "Save profile" covers the fields at the top.
Booked a trial for another child, or signing yourself up too? Enter the code from that booking to add them to this same login — no need for a separate one.
Ready to keep the lessons going? Pick how you'd like to continue — you'll add a card next.
All sales are final — see our Return Policy.
Just like starting a new trial, we need a few details before you're all set — then we'll grab a card on file.
Tap a beat to change it: accent, normal, soft, silent.
Drag to reorder, uncheck to hide. Saved on this device. Item always stays pinned to the far left.
Only your family sees your folders. Putting a piece in a folder doesn't change what your teacher assigned.
For a student whose family is already here, such as a parent who also takes lessons, or a new sibling. Logins you choose below will see 's lessons, practice and billing in their portal.
Only when the family has asked. Their open requests can then be charged to without them clicking Pay; they're sent a receipt each time and can turn it off from Billing. Saving a new card turns it off.
Give this code to the family yourself, or send it automatically below — either way it's the same code, entered at the portal sign-up screen to link their own login.
Expected columns (case-insensitive, any order): First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Birthday, Instrument, Teacher, Lesson Length, Rate, Timezone, Status, Family First Name, Family Last Name, Family Email, Family Phone, Family Relationship. Only First Name or Last Name is required — everything else is optional.
Goes to each student's payment contact (or another family login); a student under 18 is never emailed directly. Siblings who share a parent get one email. Write {{first_name}} to greet each recipient by name.

A negative amount removes credit instead.
Changes save as you make them. Drag a category to reorder it, or drag an instrument into a different category to move it. Renaming a category moves everything in it along with it — nothing gets orphaned. Deleting a category falls its instruments back to "Other" rather than removing them; removing an instrument with its × takes it out of the list entirely (staff who already have it selected keep it).

Zoom User ID (must be a seat in your own Zoom Workplace account) is used to auto-generate this teacher's students' private meeting links. Personal Meeting Room is used for their group classes instead.

If a lesson is cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation deadline, but before the hour reschedule deadline, it is eligible to be rescheduled within days of the scheduled lesson (pending teacher and studio availability).
If a lesson is put on hold (package used up, no card on file) and stays unresolved for days from when it went on hold, it is automatically cancelled (if that is still before its cancellation deadline), the family is emailed, and the slot is freed.
These control every calendar grid in the app — Availability, and the customer booking screen. More settings will land here over time.
Switching to a coarser increment (e.g. 30 → 60 min) can hide existing slots that don't land on the new grid lines — they aren't deleted, just not shown until you switch back.
Students get Student Notes. Family members get Student Notes and their own child's Parent Notes. Everyone gets their own student's assigned pieces.
It looks like you already have a lesson that overlaps this slot. You can keep your current lesson, or cancel it and book this one instead.
Must match the attending student's own Default Lesson Length for billing to line up correctly.
Counted from the date it's purchased. Leave blank for no expiration. An expired package can no longer be used or auto-repurchased, but stays visible in billing history.
Sent automatically when a student's balance on this package reaches 1 remaining. Every package sends this — it's on by default, studio-wide, and can't be turned off per package, only customized.
When the family has auto-renewal on, a "Turn off auto-renewal" box is added to the end of this email automatically (put {{auto_renew_notice}} in the body to place it yourself).
New events of this offering start with this Category. You can still change it on each event.
A family enrolls once and holds a seat every week of the term. Enrolling after the first date costs only the classes left (the server works it out).
Placeholders filled using the Demo Portal's sample data.
Email only — custom notifications can't send by text. SMS is limited to the built-in reminders and alerts that already ship with the app, since each message carries a real cost.
They'll see this on their own Uploads list, and get an email letting them know it was reviewed.
With Notify on, each student gets one email listing every piece above, with your note and due date. Parents of students under 18 get a copy.
Saving doesn't send an email.
Pieces a student added themselves that haven't been looked at yet. Approve clears it for just them; Promote adds it to the shared catalog for everyone.
Amazon doesn't allow photos to be looked up automatically. Right-click the product photo and choose "Copy image address", or use Image in Amazon's SiteStripe bar, then paste it here. Other stores usually fill in on their own — leave this blank.
Pick "General" if this isn't specific to one instrument (a stand, a metronome, a general-purpose book).
Spotify, YouTube, Bandcamp and most sites show their cover art on the post.
Goes to the families of your own students.
Drag to reorder. Renaming moves every item in it along with it; deleting leaves those items ungrouped rather than removing them.
